fruit for the homeless // qcumber clothing

boyfriend wears pineapple jumper c/o qcumber clothing

you've heard of the 'suspended coffee movement', right? where you can add an extra coffee to your order, pay for it, and then leave it until someone who needs it more than you comes along? well, in the spirit of the suspended coffee, qcumber clothing have gone one bette and raised the bar; with over 6000 homeless people sleeping rough on the streets of london every night, qcumber have gone and established the 'fruit for the homeless' project - a new-age clothing drive for the homeless, if you will.

qcumber - with their soft, warm and totally inedible products, have pledged to give one jumper and five pieces of fruit to london's homeless for every jumper purchased online between the 3rd and 10th of this month. then, on the nights of the 16th and 17th, they will be hitting the streets to hand out the goods in person. awesome, right?

with an entire range of clothing based around nature's candy, and boyfriend's confirmation that the jumpers are totally warm and fuzzy on the inside, i'm right behind this project and happy to be spread the word for such a fab cause. with styles for men and women, in colourways to suit all of the people, why don't you head over to the website and check out the produce for yourself...
